Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other stains

Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact and must not have been worn.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at shafiulkhan1997@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
